Hi, I’m Kelly. My husband James and I are the proud owners of Red Maple Asian Bistro. Seven years ago we made the momentous decision to open a restaurant here in Maryland and we were faced with a difficult decision – should we offer Chinese cuisine? Japanese? Maybe Thai?
